Chairman
Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani is the founder and chairman of the Hiranandani Group, a flagship real estate company with a stellar legacy spanning over 45 + years. Under his visionary leadership, The group has excelled and diversified into new businesses like data centers and industrial and warehousing platforms that earmark footprints across geographies in India. An astutely qualified Chartered Accountant and PhD with a thesis on housing, Dr Niranjan Hiranandani exemplifies the synthesis of financial acumen and entrepreneurial feat. Currently, he is serving as Provost of HSNC University while managing 14 colleges, three schools, and a skill development centre in Mumbai, enabling him to ensure his philanthropic contribution is consistent.

Darshan is a dynamic and visionary business leader. An MBA and B.S. from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, Darshan Hiranandani is credited with diversifying in emerging sectors such as datacenters, cloud computing, energy, and industrial warehousing & logistics. A composed individual with a focused vision, he envisions meeting the country's infrastructure requirements and contributing to its economic growth.
Manish Gupta
Director - CRE
Business leader with a proven track record in diverse roles from Finance, Marketing and Advertising, Business Development, Commercial Real Estate with over 25+/(28.5)yr work experience with Hiranandani Group. Successfully leading teams under various RE verticals.
Currently looking at new CRE opportunities for joint development in mid Mumbai region for development of office assets. Current role involves identification of land, technical and legal due diligence, commercial negotiations with Landlords, financial feasibility, construct of the transaction, negotiation legal documents, project commencement to implementation, client delivery post occupation support.
Simultaneously sourcing the medium to long term lease clients for the project underway.Ability to grasp complex situations and work in cross functional teams to deliver the optimal solution to clients.
Gunisha Sanyal
Director - Design
Gunisha Sanyal heads the design and architecture function at the Hiranandani group, which makes the country's most iconic Neo classical designed buildings.
Having spent over 2 decades with the group and having an overall experience of 3 decades, Gunisha heads a large team of architects and designers who create the magical world of the various Hiranandani townships.
A passionate designer with a keen eye for detail and acumen for all other aspects of the realty business. She and her team have designed township masterplans, clusters of residential high rises, world class commercial complexes, retail spaces, hospitals and hotels, Data Centres ; all of it including exteriors and interiors.
Before joining the Hiranandani group , she got her initiation into the world of architecture under the tutelage of one of India's pioneering architects, Late Mr T Khareghat.
N Prashanth
VP - Procurement & Contracts
Prashanth, an accomplished and seasoned Director of Projects, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes to our leadership team. With an impressive tenure of over 26 years in the construction industry, Prashanth is adept at leading teams, analyzing intricate project requirements, and effectively managing budgets.
His extensive exposure to the latest construction technologies and thriving in the fast-paced construction environment of Dubai over 13 years underscores his adaptability and forward-thinking approach. Prashanth's leadership shines through in his excellent track record of successfully completing multi-million-dollar mega projects, including the triumphant delivery of the iconic 90-storey skyscraper "23 Marina" in Dubai.
Prashanth's diverse expertise encompasses structural design, contract negotiation, procurement, and comprehensive project management. As a creative problem solver, he excels in developing innovative solutions, team building and successfully managing complex construction projects. Prashanth's unique skill set and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to our leadership team, driving the success of our projects and contributing to the overall growth of our company.
Thimmaya Karineravanda
Senior Vice President - CRE
Thimmaya is an experienced Real Estate Professional with over 17 years of Transactions experience wherein he has managed accounts for large multinational and Indian Corporates. In his career spanning over 18 years, Thimmaya has Managed more than 8 million sqft of Leasing transactions and brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes to our leadership team. His key skillset include commercial negotiations, portfolio management, market analysis and customer relationship management.
His extensive exposure to deal with the latest trends in corporate leasing in an ever-changing environment adds to the agility and flexibility to conclude successful outcomes. Thimmaya has worked across various IPCs and established himself as a senior member across the organizations including in involvement in Key Business Planning strategies. Thimmaya manages transactions across locations in Mumbai and is responsible for Business Development and is a part of the new acquisition team.
Thimmaya's diverse expertise encompasses contract discussions and innovative structuring of commercial terms which has assisted in concluding complex Transactions. Anand is an experienced Real Estate Professional with nearly 20 years of Mergers & Acquistions experience wherein he has managed transactions for large multinational and Indian Corporates. In his career spanning over 20years, Anand has managed transactions in excess of US$ 1.5 Bn of fund raising, project finance, M&A and structured finance transactions. He brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes to our leadership team. His key skillset include strategic finance, M&A, contract negotiations, cross border transactions, family office and portfolio investments.
